Next week, starting Monday evening, 8/23, I’ll be offering a new Wild Goose class at the old Salz Tannery, near downtown Santa Cruz, from 7pm-8:15pm. Saturday morning, and Wednesday evening, and Monday afternoon classes will begin again in September. Please see the classes page for more information.
I look forward to seeing you in class!

Monday Night Update
Hi Folks,
We still have no suitable home for Monday Night Qigong. I’ll post as soon as I find a place. In the meantime, I hope to see you Monday afternoon, Thursday evening, or Saturday morning.
Sat., Mon. & Upcoming Workshop
Hi Folks,
I just wanted to remind you that there will be no classes tomorrow or Monday, since I’ll be out of town. Saturday and Monday afternoon classes will resume 2/22 with a focus on springtime and the Liver/Gallbladder. Monday night class will pause for a while until I figure out what our next step should be during this period when the Vet’s Hall is under renovation.
Also, next weekend (2/20-21) is Dr. Hu’s next workshop in Soquel on Bone Marrow Washing. Some of you have experienced the profound quiet that comes from the practice of this Buddhist-style qigong. I’m sure Dr. Hu will also throw in a little Wild Goose to keep things light and moving. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to register.
Sincerely,
Marcy
Monday Night Qigong Update
Hi Folks,
I just wanted to give y’all a progress report on finding a new space. Tomorrow, 2/8, we will once again hold class at the Native Son’s Meeting Hall on High St. The following week, 2/15, there will be no class because I will be out of town. For future classes I will be checking out the Live Oak Senior Center on 17th and Capitola Rd. to see if it is a suitable space for us. Like Viking Hall, we would not be able to use it the second Monday of each month, but I am hoping that the building doesn’t have a cell tower in the backyard…as does the Viking Hall. Marilyn gave me a list of all the cell towers in the area. It is impressive…four pages of small print. I never realized how many there are!
See you tomorrow on High St.
