Marcy’s summer schedule
Hi Folks,
As we head into the latter part of May, here’s the update on my schedule and which classes will continue over the summer:
- Saturday Morning Qigong in Los Gatos will be taught by Sadao Hayano over the summer, starting on June 25. I will return to teaching October 1.
- Monday Evening Qigong at the Tannery will have its final meeting this week, May 23.
- Tuesday Morning Qigong on the summit will continue over the summer as a student led practice group. I will be teaching each Tuesday through 6/14 (except for 6/7). I will return to teach on August 23.
- Tuesday Evening Qigong in Corralitos will continue to meet through 5/31. I will return to teach Sept. 6.
- The free introduction session for the next series of Wednesday Night Qigong/MBSR at El Camino Hospital will be on 9/21.
- Thursday Evening Qigong at Vipassana Santa Cruz will be taught this summer by Lynne Cooper. My last class will be this week, 5/19. There will be no class on 5/26 & 6/16. I will return to teach on August 18.
Also of note…
- I will be offering a Qigong and Vipassana daylong retreat on Saturday, August 20 in Santa Cruz.
- Dr. Hu will be teaching a two day workshop in Santa Cruz on Sept. 17 & 18 on Wild Goose Meditation 3.
- I will be co-teaching a mindfulness of the body retreat wit Mary Grace Orr and Bob Stahl at Spirit Rock Meditation Center Sept. 23-30.
