Hi Folks,
We still have no suitable home for Monday Night Qigong. I’ll post as soon as I find a place. In the meantime, I hope to see you Monday afternoon, Thursday evening, or Saturday morning.

Monday Night Update
Sat., Mon. & Upcoming Workshop
Hi Folks,
I just wanted to remind you that there will be no classes tomorrow or Monday, since I’ll be out of town. Saturday and Monday afternoon classes will resume 2/22 with a focus on springtime and the Liver/Gallbladder. Monday night class will pause for a while until I figure out what our next step should be during this period when the Vet’s Hall is under renovation.
Also, next weekend (2/20-21) is Dr. Hu’s next workshop in Soquel on Bone Marrow Washing. Some of you have experienced the profound quiet that comes from the practice of this Buddhist-style qigong. I’m sure Dr. Hu will also throw in a little Wild Goose to keep things light and moving. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to register.
Sincerely,
Marcy
Monday Night Qigong Update
Hi Folks,
I just wanted to give y’all a progress report on finding a new space. Tomorrow, 2/8, we will once again hold class at the Native Son’s Meeting Hall on High St. The following week, 2/15, there will be no class because I will be out of town. For future classes I will be checking out the Live Oak Senior Center on 17th and Capitola Rd. to see if it is a suitable space for us. Like Viking Hall, we would not be able to use it the second Monday of each month, but I am hoping that the building doesn’t have a cell tower in the backyard…as does the Viking Hall. Marilyn gave me a list of all the cell towers in the area. It is impressive…four pages of small print. I never realized how many there are!
See you tomorrow on High St.
Monday Night Qigong Changes Location
Hi Everybody,
You’ve probably heard by now that the Vet’s Hall is closed for an indefinite period for an earthquake evaluation and retrofit, so all Vet’s Hall teachers (including me) have been scrambling to find space. Luckily, I’ve been able to find a place near downtown Santa Cruz for tomorrow night’s class. Let’s meet there and see how we like it.
We’ll meet at our usual time 7:15pm-8:30pm at the Native Son’s meeting hall. The address is 239 High St., Santa Cruz, 95060.
From downtown drive up Water St.-Mission St. past the Hwy 1 intersection. Take the first right on Highland Dr. Take a right where Highland Ts out on High St. The hall is the last building on the right, just before the pedestrian overpass. It has a big, yellow Music Together banner on the front. There is parking on the far side of the building –I’ll open the gate. See you there!
Love & Qi,
Marcy

Also, check out the newly designed classes page. At the top you can find classes in a particular city or with a particular teacher by choosing them on the drop-down list. Let me know what you think by emailing info@wildcoastqigong.com.
Also…don’t miss Dr. Hu’s workshop this Saturday in Berkeley on Wild Goose 2. See you there!
