Rebecca Grossbard

Throughout her life, Rebecca has had a keen interest in health, fitness, movement and the mind-body connection. Her studies have included yoga, tai chi, Feldenkrais and meditation.

She discovered Qigong in 2009 while on a healing journey from Lyme disease. She believes it was the practice of Qigong that ultimately allowed her to fully heal and return to her active lifestyle - improving her immune system, energy level and overall physical and emotional wellbeing.

Rebecca has studied with a number of Qigong and tai chi masters. She is a certified instructor of Integral Qigong & Tai Chi by Dr. Roger Jahnke, OMD of the Institute of Qigong in Santa Barbara, CA, and Wild Goose Qigong by Dr. Bingkun Hu in Berkeley, CA, with whom she continues to study.

Her discovery of Qigong was a silver lining to a very challenging time. The dramatic improvements in her own health sparked her desire to share Qigong with others.

Rebecca’s teaching emphasizes the beautiful, whole body circular and spiral movements in the Wild Goose Qigong forms.

Rebecca offers group classes in San Francisco. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Private, semi-private and customized group classes are available by appointment.
